Products are delivered on a 2-5 day service where you can book a delivery slot.smaller items are usually next day courier so please be in to accept the goods. We have a pallet delivery service, this is 1 man and delivered to the kerbside, so please make sure you have assistance to carry your product into your premises. For an extra surcharge we can offer a 2 man delivery service where they will carry item into your premises.Please note delivery insurance is included but there are conditions to make valid. Firstly, you must check the goods on reciept, if damaged please write damaged on courier notes next to your signature. Secondly you must contact us within 48 hours to make a claim. A photo of the damage preferable to make a claim. All delivery notes must be signed by the buyer and the driver. In the event that the quantity of goods falls short of the quantity specified on delivery note the actual quantity uploaded shall be recorded on the delivery note and countersigned by the buyer. If delivery cannot be made for any reason the delivery will re-incur a charge of £50 for pallets and £10 for smaller items. Please take full responsibility for the checking and unloading of the goods as claims for shortages cannot be excepted after delivery. If you fail to unload the goods at your premises you will incur extra charges.

By law you do have a 7 day cooling off period, but charges will be made if this occurs after dispatch.
Cancelled orders can only be returned with prior agreement and subject to all delivery and retun costs. Goods to be returned or exchanged must show no signs of assembly and must be in original packaging. Please make sure that you open carefully and make sure all items are their before assembling. Goods that have been assembled cannot be returned.Prior notice must be given for any returns and an address will be given. Where possible spare parts can be sent to rectify any problem.
